Pricing

AlternaDev pricing reflects how teams prepare data, reuse it across periods, and remove repeatable work during close — without an IT project.
Fetch
$9,000 — Year 1 (includes guided setup)
$7,000 — Year 2
Fetch pricing reflects both report automation and direct access to report APIs where available — including report data and detail that isn’t accessible through standard reports or portals.

Year 1 includes guided setup to configure reports, mappings, and delivery paths so Fetch runs cleanly each period.
Pricing may be adjusted annually based on terms and customer success.
What’s included
– Unlimited users
– Up to 10 connectors
– Unlimited scheduled runs
– Unlimited report pulls (standard reports or report-API–based custom reports where supported)
– Delivery by email, SFTP, file share, bot, or API
– Delivery into Vault or directly to your team
– 25 custom company name mappings or formatting rules
– One-time field mapping for each source
Vault
Vault pricing is based on how much prepared data you want to keep available for reuse, reporting, and period comparison.
Vault scope is influenced by
– How many periods you want immediately accessible
– How much prepared data you reuse across close and reporting
– Whether data flows through Fetch alone or Fetch + Rec
– Tools enabled, such as search, audit views, or period comparisons
Vault scales with your needs. Smaller teams can start with a light plan.
Vault is quoted based on scope.
Rec Tools
Rec Tools pricing reflects the repeatable reconciliation and review processes you want to stop rebuilding each period.
Rec Tools scope is influenced by
– Number of recurring reconciliation patterns
– Taxpayers or entities involved
– Frequency (monthly, quarterly, or mixed)
– Known exceptions or timing rules
– Systems or files being compared
Rec Tools are quoted based on your workflow.
Add-ons
– Additional connectors
– Additional workflows or exception rules
– New custom integrations
– Extended retention in Vault
– More taxpayers or entities
Add-ons are priced based on your needs and can be added over time.
How teams typically start
Most teams start with Fetch to eliminate report running and cleanup during close.

Vault is added when history, reuse, or reporting across periods becomes important.
Rec Tools are added when teams want to automate repeatable reconciliation and exception handling work.
