The ADev Platform

Pull → Clean → Use

The platform workflow

Pull

Finance reports are pulled from the systems you already use.  Reports can be scheduled from existing report runs, pulled via report APIs where supported to access deeper data, or uploaded manually when automation isn’t possible.

Clean

Report formats are standardized once.Column headers, dates, signs, and structures stay consistent so the same report shows up the same way each period.

Use

Prepared outputs are handed off without additional work.

Outputs can be:

  • delivered directly to users for review or posting

  • passed into Rec for repeatable, period-based comparisons

  • stored in Vault for reuse and reporting

The same prepared data can be used in one or more of these ways without rework.

Platform components

ADev is made up of focused tools that implement this workflow and remove repeatable work during close.

Fetch

Executes Pull and Clean, and hands off to Use.

Fetch also provides direct access to report APIs where available, unlocking report data and detail that isn’t accessible through standard reports or portals.

Fetch runs the platform workflow by pulling scheduled or API-based reports, applying defined cleanup and standardization rules, and delivering prepared outputs on a schedule.

Fetch can deliver outputs directly to users or pass them into Rec or Vault.

Fetch alone removes report running and cleanup work during close.

If a report can’t be automated, files can be uploaded manually and processed the same way.

Rec

Runs repeatable, period-based reconciliation processes on prepared data.

Teams choose:

– which prepared reports to compare

– which fields to match

– filters such as period, taxpayer, or entity

Rec compares reports the same way each period and highlights differences without rebuilding logic.

Rec also supports standard recurring processes.

Known timing or process items, such as manual sales tax credits that hit the general ledger before they appear on a compliance return. These can be defined once and carried forward, so close and return prep stay consistent.

By running the same processes each period, Rec adds additional hours back during close without changing review or approval workflows.

Vault

Stores prepared outputs and reference data so definitions and structures are reused over time.

Vault also supports simple, repeatable reporting using prepared data.

Reports run against stable structures so results match period to period without rebuilding logic.

This supports access and reuse — not BI, FP&A, or analytics platforms.

A different way to handle finance data

Instead of pulling reports by hand, fixing files, and rebuilding the same logic every month, the ADev platform keeps inputs stable so close work can focus on review instead of rework.

This is finance data preparation — not BI or analytics.

Why this matters

– Hours back during close, when time is most constrained
– Finance data shows up clean without extra steps
– Close runs with fewer surprises
– Reports match the first time
– Teams stop fixing the same issues every period

Built for finance and tax teams

– Works with the tools you already rely on
– Requires no IT setup or ongoing support
– Fits into existing reconciliation and close processes
– Delivers consistency without forcing system changes

What the platform can handle

– Sales tax detail reports
– Revenue and billing data
– General ledger activity
– Customer and location fields
– Differences between systems
– Any finance report that slows close because it needs cleanup first

Less fixing. More finishing.

The ADev platform handles the repeatable work that eats up close time, so teams can focus on review, reporting, and moving forward.
