The implementation process includes a review of your data sources and format with your billing or IT department. After reviewing the information, a standard monthly protocol is established for the file layout of the data and the data transfer.
While establishing and testing the data flow, our implementation team works with you to gather key filling information, including tax IDs, prior period balances or payments and setting thresholds and variances. A Check Request and GL feed is also configured for your AP system if applicable.
Your sample data is loaded into your unique version of AlternaTax for testing and review. After successful testing, our experienced consultants will be on-site to provide training for your tax personnel.
